I'm really worried about this sharp, razor blade feeling Ive been having in my lungs, especially when I cough. Its a constant pain, but at the same time, it feels inconstant, if that makes sense. And on top of that, I've been running a high fever. I haven't consulted a doctor yet, but should I be urgently concerned about these symptoms? What could be causing them?

I'm really concerned about the potential effects of doing an HRCT. Could it actually stimulate or spread any existing fibrotic opacities in the lungs? I'm worried because I've heard mixed opinions about it and would love some clarity from you.

I'm really worried about my lungs. I had basal pneumonia with findings of hyperinflated lungs and some hazy densities in the right lower lung. Ive been on cefpodoxime 200mg twice a day for 10 days. My doctor said in the follow-up that the pneumonia is resolved, but Im still concerned. Does this mean my lungs are back to normal, or should I be worried about any lingering effects?
take treatment for pneumonia
