I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. It feels like my chest is blocked, and there's an unwanted cough that's causing my lungs to feel like they're blocked too. It's making it really hard to run or even catch my breath sometimes. Could this be a chest infection or something else? What can I do to help clear this up?

View allI've been dealing with breathlessness and had a fever back in 2016. The doctor put me on seroflo 250 capsules for whenever I get breathless. Luckily, it's only happened once a year in the winters, and I found out its because of cold air or dust. I've been doing okay for about 2 years now without any problems. Do you think I should be worried about this happening again in the future? Should I still keep any medications handy just in case?

I'm feeling really breathless for the past 5 days, but I don't have any cough or flu symptoms. I've tried taking anti-allergic and anti-acidic nasal sprays, and Ive been using steam. I've also taken Novacef 500, Xyxal M, and Sompraz 40. I've got some relief, but it's not completely better. Could you give me some advice on what else I might try?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I've been dealing with some issues ever since I had pneumonia back in 2013. I'm still using a corticosteroid inhaler, and every time I try to stop, I end up with wheezing sounds in my lungs and a persistent cough. I'm really wondering if my lungs will ever get back to normal after having pneumonia that one time. Is using the corticosteroid inhaler something I'm going to have to do for the rest of my life? Are there any other remedies or advice you could suggest?
Seroflo inhaler sos is advised to the pt for wheezing.
