I'm experiencing some issues with my breathing. It feels like my chest is blocked, and there's an unwanted cough that's causing my lungs to feel like they're blocked too. It's making it really hard to run or even catch my breath sometimes. Could this be a chest infection or something else? What can I do to help clear this up?

View allI'm a 26-year-old from Srinagar dealing with obstructive sleep apnea for the past five years. I was negligent at first and didn't take the condition seriously, but when things worsened, I started using a CPAP machine, which has helped. The issue is that I often feel embarrassed when traveling because I have to bring the machine with me. I'm wondering, is CPAP the only treatment option available? Can sleep apnea be reversed? I'd appreciate any guidance you can provide.

I'm dealing with some discomfort lately I've got this cough, and it feels like there's phlegm stuck in my throat and nose. It's making it hard for me to clear my airways, and I'm also feeling pretty fatigued. Breathing is a bit uncomfortable too, but I don't have a fever or anything. Could you help me figure out what might be going on?

I've been smoking for about three years now and every time I light up, I start feeling this weird pain on the right side of my chest, near where my thymus is. It seems to go away after like 15 minutes, especially if I press on it, then I usually burp a few times and the pain just disappears. I'm a bit concerned, is this something I should be worried about?
