It says "no significant abnormality detected," but Im still feeling off. Can you help me understand what might be going on? I'm trying to make sense of my mom's test results and I'm really worried. Her sputum test for AFB culture came back negative after three weeks, but the Genexpert test showed positive. The CT scan also revealed she has a "tree in bud" pattern infection along with a small mass lesion. I'm confused and concerned if this points to TB, some other kind of infection, or even something like cancer. Could you help explain what all this might mean?

I'm really concerned because I'm feeling some pain in my lungs. I recently had a chest X-ray, and it came back normal, but I still have a cough with mucus. Could this be pneumonia?

X-ray chest pa view and sputum for AFB and microscopy is advised to the patient..Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625mg thrice daily, for 5 days, tab pan d,orally once daily for 14 days ,syrup sucralfate 10ml thrice daily for 14 days.Also avoid spicy and hot items is advised to the patient.
