I've been through quite a journey with TB since 2016, dealing with extra pulmonary TB and after a year of treatment and some surgery for fluid drainage, I thought I was in the clear. In 2019, even though I had some lymph node swelling, the tests came back negative, and my doctor said I didn't need further medication. But now, with my fianc being diagnosed with pulmonary TB last December, I'm freaking out a bit. Given my history and the close contact, should I be concerned about getting TB again?

I'm currently on medication for COPD and my X-ray shows smoky lungs, but I've never smoked or drank alcohol. I'm not experiencing weight loss or fever, and I'm taking antibiotics and cough syrup, but I'm unsure about what's happening. The blood I spit is bright red and clears up within minutes, usually after 10 p.m. My doctor did an X-ray and some basic blood tests, but I'm concerned if this could be something serious or life-threatening. What could be going on?
so did your chest xray and bloood investigations reports are normal .there are many reason for spiting fresh blood most common cause is chest infections so after evaluating you properly we can come to a diagnosis

I'm in the military and ended up in Germany about a year and a half ago. Running's always been my thing and I've never had issues with it before. But then last August, out of nowhere, I started feeling this sharp chest pain when I was out on a run. At first, it didn't show up until around three miles in, but now I can't even manage a mile without feeling it. I got an inhaler and it worked at the beginning, but now it seems useless. I'm just 22, and I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas on what this could be or what I should do next?

I'm really worried about my recent chest x-ray results. It showed increased bronchovascular markings in the right basal region, and I'm not sure what that means. The report also mentioned the cardiac shadow appears normal but the hilar shadows are prominent, and the right cardiophrenic angle is hazy. The bony cage is normal and the trachea is central, but what's concerning me is the right basal bronchovascular prominence. Could you explain what all this might mean for my health? I'm not really familiar with these terms and would appreciate some clarity.
