I've been having a cough in my chest for several months now and it's been causing me some breathing problems every now and then. What are some good home remedies I can try for this?

View allI'm experiencing some issues with my breathing, and I recently got my chest X-ray results. It says there are prominent bronchovascular markings in both lungs and mentions non-homogeneous patchy highness and reticular changes. It also notes that my cardio thoracic ratio is a bit enlarged and there's bilateral hilar prominence. A month ago, I tested positive for COVID, but I'm fine now and have tested negative. Still, I'm having difficulty breathing. I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 15 years and suffered a brain stroke 5 years ago. I've also had heart problems. I even got my cough tested for TB, and it came back negative. What should I do about these breathing issues?

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been getting a fever in the evenings for the last 20 to 25 days. It goes up to 101.5 and then seems to come down by morning. Some nights he doesn't have a fever at all and he's just normal. We got an X-ray and it mentioned there's some opacity on the left side. Could you help me understand what might be going on or what this could mean?
it looks like tuberculosis, proceed to test the same

I'm traveling right now and I have asthma, but I forgot to bring my Foracort 100 medicine. I do have Tiova, Seroflo, and Salbair with me because my mom uses them. Can I take any of these instead of Foracort? Please let me know as soon as you can.
Use Seroflo as a substitute for Foracort. It will help with both controlling inflammation and keeping your airways open. Use Salbair for immediate relief if you're having difficulty breathing or experiencing an asthma attack.
