I'm really worried about the situation. Could you explain what the score significance is in this context? Also, how long might it take for the patient to recover if they've already started taking Remdesivir and their oxygen level is around 90-92?

I've just finished my tuberculosis treatment earlier this April after nine months on medication, but then I caught COVID at the end of the month. Since then, I haven't had any COVID symptoms, and an HRCT showed no lung infections. However, I'm struggling with a persistent dry cough and an itchy throat. There's also white mucus that shows up every morning but only a little bit. I've tried Alex syrup and some home remedies like ginger and honey, but nothing seems to be working. What could be causing this ongoing cough, and should I be worried?
take syrup ascoril and drink hot water
