I'm really worried about some issues I've been having since I quit masturbating a year ago. I started when I was 14 and I've heard it can cause issues both mentally and physically. But since I stopped, I've been dealing with things like fatigue, eye floaters, lower back pain, semen leakage, and watery semen. Is it normal to feel so confused and depressed about this, and how can I get relief from these symptoms?

View allI've been having some weird experiences at night. A few days ago, I just woke up out of nowhere feeling like I couldn't catch my breath. It's not like anything I could control, you know? Plus, I've noticed that I'm needing to get up and pee a lot during the night, and sometimes my back starts to hurt. Do you think all these things could be connected or something?

I have a 13mm kidney stone in the lower pole of my right kidney and it's causing frequent stomach pain. Is it possible to treat this with medicine alone or will I need laser surgery? I'm really hoping to avoid surgery if there are other options.
Surgery only.

Can kidney stones this size be treated without surgery? I have an 8mm stone in the lower pole of my left kidney and a 6.4mm one in the mid pole of my right kidney. What are my options besides surgery?
For an 8mm stone in the lower pole of your kidney, surgery is often recommended due to its size and location. Stones larger than 7-8mm in the lower pole are less likely to pass on their own and may require treatment such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) or ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy.5
