I'm really worried about some symptoms I've been having. There's swelling in the gland under my jaw at the mandibular angle, and my lymph nodes on the right side of my neck are enlarged. I've been dealing with a discontinuous fever, a headache, and I just can't seem to eat muchIve lost some weight and feel fatigued all the time. I have a history of typhoid, and sometimes I get a sore throat. Theres been a slight decrease in the gland size after some treatment, but Im still concerned. What could this be, and should I be doing anything else?

Considering your wife's fibroid condition, I'll provide a brief overview of the two surgical options:
Myomectomy vs. Hysterectomy
- Myomectomy: Removes only the fibroids, preserving the uterus. Suitable for women who want to maintain fertility.
- Hysterectomy: Removes the entire uterus, eliminating the risk of future fibroid growth.
Risks Associated with Myomectomy
- Bleeding and hemorrhage
- Infection
- Adhesions and scar tissue
- Fibroid recurrence
Recovery Time for Myomectomy
- Hospital stay: 2-3 days
- Recovery time: 4-6 weeks
- Return to normal activities: 6-8 weeks
Considerations for Your Wife
- Age and fertility desires: If your wife wants to maintain fertility, myomectomy might be a better option.
- Fibroid size and location: The size and location of the fibroids may impact the complexity of the surgery.
- Overall health: Since your wife's surgical profile is normal, she may be a good candidate for myomectomy.

I had a situation a few months ago where I was with a prostitute and the condom broke during sex. The next day, I took her for an HIV test, and thankfully, it came back negative. Since then, I've been really anxious about it even though I've had no symptoms. Can you help me understand what the chances are of something being wrong? I'm trying to calm my nerves but it's tough not knowing.
When she is negative there is almost zero chances of you getting the disease,no need to worry get yourself tested for every 6 months

I'm a bit confused about my Widal test results. The report shows typhi O and typhi H at 180 positives, while paratyphi A and B are both 120 negatives. Does this mean I have typhoid or not? I'm worried and would really appreciate your advice on what these results indicate.
