I'm really worried about this sore throat I keep getting every morning for the past few days. I make sure to drink water before bed and sometimes even in the middle of the night, but it doesn't seem to help. I've noticed I mostly sleep with my mouth closed too. Could you give me some advice on what might help? Also, I don't drink tea or coffee before bed, just so you know.

It sounds like you might be experiencing dryness in your throat, possibly due to mouth breathing during sleep or environmental factors. Try using a humidifier at night to keep the air moist, and consider drinking a glass of water before bed. If the issue persists, it might be worth checking for allergies or mild reflux, which can also cause throat irritation.

Lately, I've been dealing with some pretty annoying symptoms like itching in my eyes, which are also reddish, along with sneezing and a runny nose. I got a CT scan of my face, and it showed something about polypoidal mucosal thickening in my left maxillary sinus, with the left maxillary ostia being blocked. This has been a recurring problem, and it's really starting to affect me. Could you provide some advice or solutions on what might be going on and how I can find some relief?

I'm dealing with an issue where there's a gap in my left vocal cord. The good news is that it's still vibrating, but this gap has been causing hoarseness in my voice for about a year now. My doctor suggested I take Neurozan to help strengthen my veins, and just to note, I don't smoke. I'm curious if there are other treatments or options I should consider?

I'm experiencing a loss of smell and taste over the last two days, but I don't really have any other symptoms. There's a very mild cold, but it doesn't feel like a regular cold at all. Should I be concerned about this, or is it nothing to worry about?

It sounds like you may be experiencing mild symptoms of a cold. To help with your loss of smell and taste, you can try using a nasal decongestant spray like Afrin. You can also take an antihistamine like Claritin to help with any congestion. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage instructions on the packaging for both medications. Anosmia is also a common symptom of Covid-19 infection. It is advisable to do an RT-PCR test to confirm, and then follow appropriate isolation protocols.
