I'm really worried about starting to use a revoliser. My parents keep telling me it's something I'll have to use for the rest of my life, which makes me hesitant to start it even though it's been prescribed to me. They're big believers in Ayurveda, and I wonder if that might be a better option for me. Will I really have to rely on a revoliser forever? Could it become something I get addicted to? Would love some clarity on this.

View allI've been having a hard time taking a deep breath for the last 8 months. I can manage normal, short breaths, but I constantly feel the need to take a deep breath, and when I do, it just doesn't feel right. There's no fever, cough, or wheezing, but sometimes when I do cough, a tiny bit of clear, colorless mucus comes out. My X-ray came back normal, but I'm worried it might be COPD. I've never smoked, but I have been around secondhand smoke now and then. I'm still able to skip rope for about 4 minutes without stopping, and my SpO2 levels average around 98. Could you help me understand what's going on?
normal according to history, stop worrying

I've been told to take monticope tablets for a month, and I've noticed I'm about 50% better now. But the doctor said to stop after one month, even though my pharmacist suggested continuing for another month for better results. I'm a bit confused about what to do should I stick to my doctors advice or follow the pharmacist's recommendation? Id really appreciate your thoughts on this.
stop the usage of monticope
