I'm really worried about this swelling and pain I've been having in my lower rib cage for about a month now. It's pretty uncomfortable and sometimes I even feel a burning sensation. Occasionally, the pain seems to spread to my stomach. I've had some blood tests and an ultrasound, but they didn't show anything abnormal. Could you please help me understand what's going on?

It sounds like the pain in your lower rib cage could be related to muscle strain, costochondritis (inflammation of the rib cartilage), or digestive issues like acid reflux. Since your tests were normal, it might be worth monitoring your posture, stress levels, and diet, and if the pain persists, consulting a doctor for further evaluation.

I'm a bit worried because both my direct bilirubin and total bilirubin levels are high according to my blood tests. I took some medication for about 5 days, and everything seemed normal again. But then I had one beer at a friend's party, and now both bilirubin levels are elevated again. Also, I've been getting a light fever in the evening or at night. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?

Elevated direct and total bilirubin levels, which normalized with medication but increased again after consuming alcohol, may indicate liver dysfunction or sensitivity, and the recent onset of low-grade evening fevers could suggest an underlying infection or inflammation; consider consulting a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for a comprehensive evaluation, including liver function tests, imaging studies, and potentially a liver biopsy, to determine the underlying cause and develop an appropriate treatment plan.

I just took Redotil for my diarrhea, but it didn't seem to work because I still had a stool about 15 minutes after. I'm a bit worried and unsure about what to do next. I have Roko and Imodium at home, but I'm not sure about the right dosage. Can you please give me some advice on what to do?
