I'm really worried about TB treatment with AKT tabs. I've heard they're supposed to be taken for months, but is there a risk of lung damage like cavities forming during or after the treatment? Is that something I should be concerned about?

View allI've been experiencing this slight breathlessness for the past few days, like I constantly need to take deep breaths every few seconds. Occasionally, there's also a mild pain in my chest. I saw a local doctor who thinks it might be Air Hunger, maybe from exertion or anxiety, and he suggested I try some energy boosters. I'm a little worried it might be something more serious. Should I be more concerned or is this something not too serious?

I've been dealing with some breathing issues lately, like I get short of breath and feel pain in my ribs and lungs whenever I take a deep breath. I also feel a lot more tired than usual, and it's weird because I don't really feel like eating much anymore. This has been going on for about two months now. Could this be something serious, or is it maybe just stress or something else?
