I'm really worried about these freckles on my nose and cheeks. It seems like they're spreading now. I've had them since I was about 12 or 13, but I didn't think much of it back then. Now I'm just hoping to have clear skin. Can you help with what I should do?

I'm dealing with some rashes and itching around my private parts, and they're also spreading to my buttocks. I've been using hallovate s cream for about a month.
