I'm really worried about these freckles on my nose and cheeks. It seems like they're spreading now. I've had them since I was about 12 or 13, but I didn't think much of it back then. Now I'm just hoping to have clear skin. Can you help with what I should do?

I've been using Terbinaforce cream and Kencel IT 100 tablets, but they haven't done much to help. The itching is so intense, and sometimes I scratch so much that my skin actually gets cut. I'm dealing with some serious hair fall and hair loss, and I'm currently on isotretinoin for my acne. I'm worried because the hair fall is getting really bad, and I'm afraid I might go bald soon. I can't stop the acne treatment because it's severe, but is there anything I can do about the hair loss? Can isotretinoin be causing this? Any advice would be appreciated.
there is no such relation between isotretinoin and hairfall infact it indirectly helps in nourishing your hair,there are many causes for hairfall, visit your dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate tretament, consume balanced diet with extra protien for healthy hair and skin.

I've been having an issue since I used Veet hair removal cream on my bikini area. It's been really itchy and I'm pretty sure I've got ringworms now. What can I do to deal with this, and should I be worried about using hair removal creams down there in the future?
