I'm really worried about these red spots that have shown up on my hips and seem to be spreading. They appeared once before but then mostly disappeared. Now they're back. They only itch occasionally, not all the time. Could you please guide me on what I should do about this?

That could be Urticaria or fungal infection do not try to scratch them visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management
