I'm really worried about these red spots that have shown up on my hips and seem to be spreading. They appeared once before but then mostly disappeared. Now they're back. They only itch occasionally, not all the time. Could you please guide me on what I should do about this?

I'm dealing with a lot of sexual health issues, like redness and patches on the foreskin and tip of my penis for the last two years. I've tried both generic and homeopathy tablets, and while there were some small improvements with the homeopathy tablets, the redness and patches keep coming back. I've also used Clop G cream, but it hasn't helped. This all started about three years ago after a sexual encounter. The skin on the right side of my penis broke, it healed with tablets back then, but about a year later, this ongoing issue began. There hasn't been any change for the past two years. Can you give me some advice or solutions for this problem? I'm really concerned and would appreciate any guidance you can offer.

I'm noticing a lot of premature grey hairs and it seems like they're increasing every day. Do you have any advice or solutions for this?

Greying of hair is a normal aging process which starts around 30 as the melanocytes activity of the body slows down and gradually the melanin production in hair stops. If it is happening before this age, it is called premature greying. This can be genetic and also due to deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals. The hairs which have already turned white cannot be turned back to black. But you can delay the process of greying of hair by some lifestyle modifications. Take adequate sleep and drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Few tablets can also be prescribed for the same. there is also one lotion which is supposed to work.
