I'm experiencing some really uncomfortable skin issues. I've got these rashes that are making my skin itch like crazy, and it's become super red and even has black spots appearing. It's getting to the point where my skin feels like it's burning, and the irritation is quite unbearable. I'm really worried about what's going on. Could you please tell me what might be causing this and what I should do?

You may be experiencing an allergic reaction on your skin. To help alleviate your symptoms, you can take an antihistamine such as Cetirizine (10mg) once daily to reduce itching and redness. Additionally, you can apply a soothing cream like Calamine lotion to the affected areas to help with irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.

I've been dealing with cracked nipples for as long as I can remember, and nothing seems to work. I've tried all sorts of lotions and creams for about two years and even turned to homeopathy for the past six months, but I haven't noticed any improvement. I'm not pregnant, and I honestly don't know why this is happening. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what might help?
