I'm really worried about what could happen if pneumonia isn't treated in a young adult. Can this lead to any serious complications? Is it possible for it to become life-threatening if left unchecked?

Shortness of breath can be a symptom of conditons affecting lungs and heart, allergic reaction or anaphylaxis, sudden blood loss, anemia, Anxiety, Foreign body or choking which needs to be evaluated and treated accordingly

I'm looking over the HRCT report and noticed that my SpO2 levels are fluctuating. They usually stay above 90, but I'm concerned about why there's any fluctuation at all. Can you help explain what might be causing this?
