I'm really worried about what could happen if pneumonia isn't treated in a young adult. Can this lead to any serious complications? Is it possible for it to become life-threatening if left unchecked?

View allI've been dealing with some lung issues and recently had surgery on my nose. I used to take Seretra 80mg for my asthma, but now my ENT doctor has prescribed Montek LC for allergies. Is it alright to take both Seretra 80mg and Montek LC at the same time? I'm just a bit worried about mixing the medications.
Only seretra is not enough for asthma. You will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.

I'm really worried about my lungs. I came across this description saying something like lungs being damaged and compared to a "chocolate out of freeze." Could you explain what that means? Also, how serious is it if the infection in the lungs is really high? I'm just trying to understand how bad the damage could be.

I got diagnosed with Tuberculosis in Amritsar and recently moved to Delhi for better treatment. The new doctor here told me to keep taking the red medicine I got from the government hospital in Amritsar. I did another x-ray, and the report says there's still fluid in my lungs, but the doctor mentioned it should dry up on its own. It's been 15 days on this medication, but I'm still having trouble breathing, keep getting fevers, and my chest hurts a lot. Do you think I should consider fluid aspiration?
no, continue the treatment for 4 months then go for next procedure
