My aunt was diagnosed with holes in her lung through a CT scan at SVIMS Tirupati. The doctors said medicines won't fully cure it and surgery could have complications. Is there any other treatment option for this condition? We're really worried and would like to know if consulting you could help.

Symptoms include bluish coloring around nails and lips, which means there's a lack of oxygen in the blood, Chest pain- often when you inhale, wheezing, coughing up blood.

I'm really worried about my father. He has this mass lesion, about 2.7cm wide, on his left upper lobe, and they said it's TB. Once we start the ATT treatment, how long does it usually take for the size to start shrinking? Also, what kind of size reduction can we actually expect?
