I'm having some trouble with my breathing and I already tried the pantosec d gas tablet that my doctor recommended. I also saw a pulmonologist, had a chest X-ray and an ECG, and both came out normal. There didn't seem to be any problems, so no meds were given. Do you think I might still need any medication or other tests?

View allI smoke a little, just about 3 to 4 cigarettes a day, and sometimes I also smoke marijuana. The last time I smoked marijuana, my throat started choking and it hurt a bit. While the pain has stopped, I still feel a bit of chokiness. What could be causing this? Should I be concerned?

I've been dealing with this tight feeling in my chest and rib pain whenever it's cold. A nurse mentioned it might be asthma or a bad cold allergy. They suggested ventolin tablets, but those just make me feel weak. What could be causing this and what should I consider doing about it?

I'm wondering when during the day I should be checking my blood oxygen levels. I've got an oximeter at home, but I'm not sure how often or what times are best to use it. Could you give me some guidance on this?
-Hi, it's generally recommended to check blood oxygen levels 2-3 times a dayonce in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once before bed. You can also check if you feel short of breath or dizzy, or if you're monitoring a specific health condition.
