I've been on TB medication for 9 months now. I weighed 50 kg at the start, but now I'm up to 69 kg, and I do feel less tired. The issue is that I sometimes get a slight pain in the upper part of my chest when I take a deep breath while standing. It's strange because I don't feel any pain if I'm lying down and doing the same thing, and I actually breathe easier after a workout. It's really been bothering me. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

I'm really anxious about my mom's recent chest pain. The doctor suggested a CT scan, and the report mentions something about alveolo fibrotic opacity in her left upper lobe and the superior segment of her right lower lobe. Probable differential diagnosis include sarcoidosis,Silicosis,Langerhans cell histiocytosis,and pneumoconioses.etc , pulmonologist opinion is advised for further management.
