I recently got a chest X-ray, and it showed increased broncho vascular markings near the para cardiac and para hilar areas. I'm worried if this could be related to TB. Are these markings like scars on the lungs or something else?

View allI'm a bit worried because I had a chest infection and hemoptysis back in 2016, but antibiotics worked then. In April 2017, I experienced more hemoptysis, and the culture showed MTB for Pulmonary ATB, which I completed 9 months of medication for. Since then, I've sometimes had blood in my cough which the doctor said is from a scar. But today, I sneezed and there was blood again. My doctor advised taking Pause 500 in these situations. Is it normal to have blood in my cough after TB or could this be a new infection?
it might be normal after post tuberculosis

I'm really concerned about my mom. She's dealing with ILD, and her cardiologist prescribed Existing AV 75 to help manage her high blood pressure. I'm worried about how this might affect her lungs. Is it safe for her to take this medication? Would love some insight on this.
yes

I've been noticing some blood-colored mucus once in a while over the past few weeks, and for the past two months, it's been feeling like my breathing is sometimes obstructed. I just got a body check and everything came back normal, including the blood test, but they didnt explain why I'm seeing the blood-colored mucus. Is this something I should be worried about, like could it be a sign of lung cancer?
X-ray chest pa view, complete blood count,esr,C-reactive protein ,IGE levels and sputum for AFB and microscopy is advised to the patient.
