I'm really worried and confused. My husband tested positive for COVID-19 after his third RTPCR test. We consulted three different doctors, and now his HRCT chest scan shows mild involvement with a score of 625. Can he recover at home with medication? Every doctor seems to have a different opinion, and Im not sure which advice to follow. What should I do?

View allHey, my dad is 65 and he had COVID pneumonia back in April with a pretty high HRCT score of 1225. He was discharged at the end of April and was keeping his SPO2 levels up at 98 without any extra oxygen. But since mid-July, his SPO2 has been hanging around 95 to 96, and it only hits 98 in the morning. Should I be worried that the infection might be coming back? Hes doing pranayama and using that 3-ball lung exercise tool every morning for 40 minutes.
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm trying to understand the difference between obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea. What's the main factor doctors look at when diagnosing these? I'm just a bit worried about mixed symptoms that I might have.
Pulmonary function test (PFT) is advised to the patient. Also central sleep apnea is less common .There is block in the airway in obstructive sleep apnea , in central sleep apnea brain signals to the muscles of breathing is blocked.

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with TB for about a year now and I've been on the medications Rcinex 750mg and Combutal 800mg the whole time. The doctor advised me to stop after 9 months, which I did, but now I'm experiencing a fever and a slow cough again. I had to restart the meds and I'm not seeing any weight gain either, which is concerning. Also, whenever I drink something like Thums Up, my tongue feels really strange and kind of tingly. What should I do about all this? I'm a bit confused and would like some guidance.
