I'm really worried and could use some guidance. I've been using melas cream for the past couple of months, but instead of improving, I noticed a lot of dark spots spreading across my face. It's becoming quite concerning for me. Could you please advise on what steps I should take to tackle this issue and hopefully clear up my skin?

View allI went to a water park about a week ago, and ever since, I've noticed my skin has gotten darker. I have to maintain lighter skin for my job. All my hands, legs, and face got a bit tanned. Will this naturally resolve over time, or is there something I should do to help my skin return to its usual shade?

I'm a little confused about the instructions my dermatologist gave me for using Candid B lotion on my scalp. He mentioned something about 33 drops twice a day, but I can't remember if I should be applying it morning and night, or at different times. Also, should I be massaging it into my scalp? Would love some guidance on this, as I want to make sure I'm using it correctly.
Candid B lotion contains a combination of antifungals and corticosteroid components. It should be applied once in the morning and once in the night before bed. You should use the pulp of your fingers to gently massage the lotion into your scalp.

I've just used erythego gel for the first time, as my doctor recommended. Initially, it seemed to work because the redness disappeared for a few hours. But after I washed my face, my cheeks started burning and turned red again. Can you tell me what's going on? How often should I be using this gel? I'd really appreciate some advice!
