I've just used erythego gel for the first time, as my doctor recommended. Initially, it seemed to work because the redness disappeared for a few hours. But after I washed my face, my cheeks started burning and turned red again. Can you tell me what's going on? How often should I be using this gel? I'd really appreciate some advice!

View allI've been dealing with Melasma for about 45 years now, and it's really noticeable because of my fair skin. There are these dark patches on my cheekbones. I tried cosmo peel and laser treatments about two years ago, but they didn't help at all. A dermatologist suggested I use Triluma cream twice a week, so I've been trying it out for the past two weeks. My skin's started flaking and feels really dry, and whenever I put on my Neutrogena Ultra Sheer sunscreen, I get this burning, tingling sensation. Is this normal?

I'm really concerned because I've been dealing with dinay for the past six months. It goes away when I use clobikem cream, but then it comes back and starts spreading after a few days. What could be causing this, and what should I do to finally get rid of it for good?
