I'm really worried because after I cleaned my ear and started using the antibiotic ear drops like I was told, some of the drops ended up in my mouth. Now I'm also feeling this burning sensation deep inside my ear. What should I do about this?

I have really large polyps and my nose feels swollen like a cucumber. I'm dealing with constant blockages, colds, headaches, watery eyes, and sometimes severe face pain. Is there any way to treat this without surgery or is surgery the only option? If I do get surgery, will my nose and nostrils go back to their normal size?
for P/E ENT specialist opinion is advised to the patient.
