I've got a pleomorphic adenoma on my left parotid gland again since 2010. I recently went through Sonography, FNAC, and a CT Scan, and they all say it's still there. Everything else around it seems normal, thankfully. My doctors are advising me to go for a Parotidectomy. I'm feeling a bit unsure and worried about this. Is a runny nose normal after having COVID, or is this something more serious? Could it be a fungal infection? What should I do next?

I'm doing gargling and taking steam every day. Today, I had my COVID-19 test because my parents tested positive. I don't have any symptoms, but about an hour after the test, I started spitting blood mixed with saliva, and it happened about ten times. Could this be because of the throat swab test since they took my sample from the throat?
