I'm really worried because I got these reports saying my gallbladder is distended and something about wall thickening and pericholecystic fluid. What does that mean? And I'm having back pain, but I'm not sure if it's related to that. I've got two kidney stones and I'm already on meds for those, but I don't think this pain is due to them. Can you explain why I'm feeling this pain and suggest what I should do or take for it?

The report suggests that your gallbladder is slightly enlarged, but there is no evidence of significant inflammation or fluid collection around it. The pain in your back may be related to your gallbladder, as it can cause discomfort that radiates to the back, though its important to rule out other causes. Since you also have kidney stones, it's a good idea to consult with your doctor to clarify whether the pain is from the gallbladder or another issue, and they can guide you on appropriate pain management.

Why do I feel weak after pooping?

Weakness after defecation is due to vaso vagal reaction. When you tense abdominal muscles or strain to pass stool, vagus nerve is stimulated which decreases the heart rate. Also, blood flow to the heart decreases causing the blood pressure to drop. Hence, decreased heart rate with drop in blood pressure together makes you light headed or weak after passing stool.

I'm having a lot of trouble with gas choking near my heart when I have dinner at 9 pm. It's making it really hard for me to sleep. Whenever I try to rest, I wake up feeling uncomfortable around my heart. I'm also smoking about 4 cigarettes a day. Could this be causing these issues? What should I do?

It sounds like you might be experiencing acid reflux or indigestion, which can cause discomfort near your heart, especially after a late meal. Smoking can also contribute to this. Try to avoid heavy meals before bed and consider quitting smoking for better heart and digestive health. If the discomfort persists, its important to consult a doctor for further evaluation.
