I'm really worried because I haven't had my period for the past two months, and I just took a pregnancy test and got three positive results. We're not in a position to have a baby right now. Is there anything I can do to safely terminate a pregnancy that's this early? I really need some advice.

You can consider taking Mifepristone and Misoprostol for a medical abortion. It is important to follow or consult a healthcare provider for guidance.

Is a miscarriage painful?

Not all miscarriages are physically painful, but most of them have cramping. The cramps are really strong for some people and light for others.
