I'm really worried because I noticed my vagina started bleeding after I masturbated with something that wasn't exactly a sex toy. It wasn't painful, but the bleeding has me concerned. Could this be something serious? Should I be worried about this?

View allI'm supposed to get my period tomorrow, but it hasn't started yet. I'm feeling those usual period pains, but nothing's happening. Can you suggest some home remedies to help kickstart my period right away?
There is no reason to be concerned if your periods are due the next day. You should allow time for your normal menstrual cycle to take place. If your period is delayed by a more than 1 week, then you should visit the gynecologist for further evaluation.

It's been 3 months since my ruptured ectopic pregnancy laparotomy surgery on the right tube. Everything seems healed now, and my periods are regular. I have two concerns first, there's still slight swelling and numbness on the right side of my pelvic area, but no pain. Is this normal as part of the healing process, and will it go away over time? Second, I want to start more intense abdominal and body exercises for fat loss since I've been doing basic ones. Is it safe to increase the intensity now?
Yes, minimally invasive surgery is generally a good option
