I'm really worried because I recently moved to Hyderabad and my hair's been falling out a lot. I heard it's because the water in my apartment is really hard, from bore water. I put in a shower filter and used it once, but my hair is still falling out like crazy when I comb it. What else can I do to stop this or at least fix the damage? Can you help?

I have these black spots on the left side of my chest that have been there since I was 12. Theyre flat, irregular in shape, and blend in with my skin, but theyve started spreading over the years. Even though they dont itch or hurt, the change in their color is worrying me. A homeopathy doctor once mentioned its a melanin issue, but Im feeling anxious about it now. What do you think could be causing this, and should I be concerned about them spreading further?
No need to worry, That could be melanosis or keratosis Which comes with no complications, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate treatment.

I'm wondering if it's safe to use luliconazole 1% cream on the male genital area. I've got really sensitive skin, and I'm a bit concerned about any possible adverse reactions since my dermatologist recommended it for a fungal infection. Can you offer any insights or precautions I should take?
based on type of reaction it is used
