I'm really worried because I'm all alone at home and can't seem to get out of bed. I've been having a continuous fever, really bad body ache, and I just can't stop shivering. It's getting scary. Could you please help me figure out what's going on and what I should do next?

View allDoc, I just found out I've tested positive for Covid19. I've got a bit of a cold and my temperature's been hovering between 99 to 100 F since the 18th of June. I got tested today because of it. The hospital doctors gave me paracetamol, vitamin CD, and zincovit, but Im wondering if theres anything else I should be doing. Can you help?

My mom tested positive for COVID five days ago. Right now, she only has a mild fever and feels weak. I attached her chest X-ray report. She's been taking favipiravir, ivermectin, azithral, doxycycline, zinc, and vitamin C. Should we keep going with this treatment, or think about switching to other medications?
Continue all the medications as advised by the physician..
