I'm really worried because I'm dealing with some intense pain in my stomach that's stopping me from moving around. I can't remember the size of the glass piece that might have caused it. What should I do?

Concerns about low testosterone and masturbation impact:
Testosterone levels:
450 ngdL is considered within the normal range (300-1000 ngdL) for a male aged 28.
Hypogonadism:
Unlikely, given normal testosterone levels.
Masturbation impact:
No scientific evidence links masturbation to:
- Gonadpenis size reduction
- Low testosterone
Symptoms:
May be related to other factors, such as:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Poor lifestyle habits
- Sleep deprivation
Dutasteride:
For hair loss, Dutasteride can help. However, it may affect testosterone levels. Monitor your testosterone levels while taking Dutasteride.
Treatment options:
- Address lifestyle factors:
- Exercise regularly
- Balanced diet
- Stress management
- Adequate sleep
- Consult a urologist or endocrinologist for:
- Hormone level re-evaluation
- Premature ejaculation treatment
- Consider cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for:

- Low self-confidence
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT):
Not recommended unless testosterone levels are consistently below 300 ngdL.

View allI had an ultrasound that showed two echogenic foci measuring 4.6mm and 3mm but my liver, kidneys, spleen, and pancreas are normal. My doctor recommended surgery but I'm hesitant can this be treated with medications instead or should I wait a month to see if it resolves on its own? I really don't want to rush into a laparoscopy unless absolutely necessary. What would you suggest?
Whether surgery is needed depends on the exact diagnosis, size, and severity of the condition. Some cases can be managed without surgery, while others may require it for effective treatment. A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of days now. I saw a doctor who prescribed me Devon and Benalgis, one each daily, but I'm still having the same problem. Plus, my blood pressure was pretty low at that time, like 8070. The burning sensation comes and goes, it's not constant throughout the day. Any ideas on what else might be going on or what I should do next?
Persistent inflamed lymphoid tissue at the tongue base can be challenging. Consider the following treatment options: Consult an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) specialist for: 1. Steroid injections or sprays 2. Antibiotics (if bacterial infection is suspected) 3. Laser treatment Additionally, try: 1. Saltwater gargles 2. Tongue exercises 3. Avoiding irritants (e.g., spicy food, tobacco) Work with your ENT specialist to determine the best course of treatment.

I've been dealing with this regular mild chest pain that's been moving aroundsometimes it's in my upper abdomen, other times it shifts to the left or right side. I've gone through all the tests like ECG, chest X-ray, lipid profile, USG of the abdomen, thyroid checks, and even had my RBC and WBC levels looked at, and everything came out normal. The doctors said it could be gas-related and suggested PAN 40, which I've been taking, but the pain hasn't really gone away. I havent had any fever since this started happening. Could you advise on what medicine might actually help with this?
Since you have already been taking PAN 40 regularly for your mild chest pain which is suspected to be due to gas, but have not found relief, I would recommend adding another medication to help with your symptoms. You can try taking **Ranitidine (Zantac)** 150mg twice daily before meals. This medication can help further reduce the production of stomach acid and alleviate your discomfort. Make sure to follow the dosage instructions provided on the packaging. Additionally, continue to monitor your symptoms and follow up with your doctor if the pain persists or worsens.
