I'm really worried because I'm experiencing significant hair fall and dandruff, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I've also noticed that some strands have turned white. I've heard about Livon hair tonic being helpful, but I'm not entirely sure if it's the right choice. Could you please guide me on how to stop the hair fall and possibly regrow my hair?

I have multiple lipoma lumps all over my body and really want to avoid surgery are there any other treatment options that could help shrink or remove them naturally What can I do to get rid of lipomas without going under the knife since I have them in several places on my body Is there any non-surgical way to treat lipomas because I have quite a few and don't want to opt for surgery My body has developed many lipoma growths over time what are my alternatives to surgical removal Can lipomas be treated without surgery I have several and would prefer a less invasive approach

While surgery is the most effective way to remove lipomas, several non-surgical options can be considered, particularly for shrinking or managing lipomas that are not causing significant issues. These include steroid injections, fat-dissolving injections (lipolysis), laser therapy, and sometimes even natural remedies

I'm a bit worried because I've been using peroclin 5 for a year now, and the results have been good, but lately, I've noticed that the cream is really watery and doesn't dry up like it used to. I'm not sure if this is because they're making it differently or if it's just the hot weather. If it doesn't dry, I'm concerned it might not be as effective for my acne. Do you know of any alternatives to peroclin that could help me out?

Peroclin 5% is a benzoyl peroxide-based cream. The watery consistency might be due to the manufacturer's formulation change or storage conditions. Alternatives to Peroclin 5%: 1. *Benzoyl peroxide gels* (2.5% or 5%): Neutrogena, Clearasil, or generic versions. 2. *Adapalene gel* (0.1%): Differin, Adaferin, or generic versions. 3. *Salicylic acid products* (0.5% or 2%): Clean & Clear, Stridex, or generic versions.

I'm really worried about a burn I got from a silencer. It developed a bubble that turned into pus, and now the outer layer of skin has come off, showing the pinkish inner skin. It's really painful. Could you advise me on what I should do for it?

Sounds like you have a second-degree burn with signs of infection. To help with the pain and prevent infection, you can clean the area gently with mild soap and water, then apply an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin. Cover the burn with a sterile gauze bandage to protect it. You can take over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen to help with the pain and inflammation. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and monitor for any signs of increasing redness, swelling, or drainage, which may indicate a worsening infection. If the symptoms worsen or do not improve, please seek medical attention.
