I'm really worried because it's been three months and my mouth ulcers aren't healing. I don't smoke or chew tobacco, so I don't understand why this is happening. I've tried taking multivitamins and had four B12 shots, but there's no improvement. I've got ulcers on the roof of my mouth, under my tongue, and I think there's some at the back of my throat on the left side. I've seen three ENT specialists, but none of them have suggested a biopsy. What else can I do or check for?

I have a small hard lump inside my cheek near where my jaws meet and I keep accidentally biting it. It's really bothering me is there any way to get rid of an oral fibroma without surgery? Can you suggest any medicines that might help?
It's important to consult a dentist or oral surgeon for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for a lump in your cheek. While oral fibromas are generally benign, surgical removal is often the most effective way to address them, especially if they are causing irritation or discomfort

I've been dealing with oral submucous fibrosis and have stopped using gutkha for 8 days now. While I've never had trouble opening my mouth, I did notice some white-grey patches inside my cheeks. I've been on medication and eating lots of fruits and green vegetables, as my doctor advised, for the past 10 days. I'm seeing some changes: the white color from the patches is mostly gone, and they've turned a bit black instead. Does this black color mean something specific? Should I be worried or is it part of the healing process?
