I'm really worried because I've been dealing with stomach problems for the last two months, like cramps, abdominal pain, weird motions, mild fever, red eyes, and headaches. I first saw one gastro doctor who thought it was an infection and gave me some medications like Zifi, Satrogyl, and Nizonide. He wanted me to do a bunch of tests like colonoscopy, endoscopy, biopsy, CT scans, and blood tests. I went to another senior gastro in Noida, and he said it's IBS and no need for all those tests. But then after his 10-day course, the issues came back, and he also blamed another infection. Now, it's been about 20 days since my stomach has been better, and I'm taking Menoctyl, Enzar Forte, and Vizylac. What's really bothering me is that I've lost 8-9 kg of weight despite eating enough lately, and my weight isn't going up. Is this normal? Should I stick with the same gastro since I'm finally feeling some relief? The weight loss is freaking me out a bit.

View allI've been dealing with pancreas pain for the last six months and now my doctor says I need critical surgery They found multiple stone clouds in my pancreatic duct with the biggest one at 1.2 cm What does this mean for me and what are my options
Multiple stones in pancreatic duct can block enzymes—ERCP or surgery like Puestow procedure may be needed; early treatment prevents pancreatitis flare.

I'm experiencing some burning sensations around my chest and it's been going on for about a year now. It comes and goes, but its mostly on my left side and sometimes it even extends to my left hand. I've had an endoscopy, echocardiogram, and X-ray, and everything showed up normal. My doctor mentioned it might just be in my head, but I still feel it almost every day. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Any ideas or suggestions?
drink warm water , stop spicy , do regular exercises, timely foood

I'm a 23-year-old guy and lately, I've noticed this really unusual smell in my stool for the past 10 to 15 days. It's not like the usual odor, and I can't even begin to describe it. On top of that, I've been dealing with constipation off and on. Other than these issues, I feel okay. I should mention that a couple of months ago, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy because of some abdomen pain, but everything came back normal. Is this something I should be worried about?
Its good that your colonoscopy and endoscopy were normal. A change in stool odor, along with occasional constipation, could be related to diet or mild digestive issues, but if the symptoms persist or worsen, it's worth checking in with your doctor again to rule out any underlying concerns.
