I'm really worried because I've been dealing with typhoid fever for about a month now and I'm on antibiotics, but around 10 days ago I developed a sore throat and it's just not getting any better. Can you please give me some advice on what's going on with my sore throat? I'm really concerned about it.

Sore throat is usually not related to Typhoid but may occur. Please see a doctor who will examine your throat and advise you accordingly.

my relative got an HIV ELISA test before surgery and the report says cut off value is 0.1312 with non-reactive result - can you explain what this means in simple terms? are they HIV negative or is there still a risk?

A "non-reactive" result on an HIV ELISA test, especially with a low S/CO ratio like 0.1312, means the test didn't detect any significant signs of HIV infection at the time of the test. In simple terms, this usually means the person is HIV negative, but there's a small chance of a recent infection that the test hasn't yet detected.

I recently visited a massage place and something is really bothering me. I was wearing one of those disposable poly pants and lying on my stomach. The massage therapist, who was a woman and nude, sat on my buttocks during the massage, and I ended up ejaculating in my pants. There wasnt any kind of penetration at all. But now Im really worriedwhat if her vaginal fluids somehow got through the disposable pant and came into contact with my penis or anus? Is there any chance I could have contracted HIV from this?

HIV can be transmitted through vaginal secretions without penetration if there is direct contact with the penis or anus
