I'm really worried because I've been experiencing a fever and headache for the past four days. I've tried taking dolo 650 a couple of times for the last three days, which helps the headache for a while, but then it comes back. Last night when I checked, my temperature was around 97.298.197.4. I'm at the office today, but I'm still dealing with the headache and feeling weak. What do you think could be going on? I don't have chills or any other symptoms. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm a bit concerned because my mom, who's strictly vegetarian, has been taking her prescribed medicine, but her vitamin B12 levels are turning out to be quite high. Should this be a concern?

High vitamin B12 levels can sometimes be a cause for concern, as it may indicate certain health conditions such as liver disease, kidney failure, or certain types of leukemia. However, in many cases, high vitamin B12 levels may not be harmful and can be due to factors such as dietary supplements or injections. It is important to consult with your healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and decide on the appropriate course of action.

I've been experiencing some sharp pain in the upper left side of my chest after sneezing on a flight today. It doesn't hurt more when I take deep breaths, but it's definitely noticeable when I cough or sneeze. I'm wondering if this could be a muscle strain that'll go away on its own, or if there's a chance I've injured my lung or done some other damage. Any thoughts on what might be going on?

I've been dealing with this viral fever, and my doctor recommended I take Zyrcold syrup. But now I've started having loose motions, and I'm worried that the syrup might be causing it. Could Zyrcold be the reason for this? Should I stop taking it or do something different?

Yes, in rare cases it can cause diarrhea but it will get cured soon.Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, which can occur with diarrhea. Drink water, oral rehydration solutions (ORS), clear soups, or electrolyte drinks.
