I'm really worried because I've been experiencing shortness of breath lately and my X-ray showed a spot on my lungs. I have a history of smoking, and occasionally I drink. My job as a farmer involves a lot of hard work in the fields. Could these factors be contributing to my lung issues? What should I be doing next?

My mom's been on atorva for the past couple of years, but she's recently started having this weird dry cough that we can't really explain. Could this be a side effect of atorva? I've read that it might lead to interstitial lung disease or something like that. She's 53, by the way. Could that be related?
