I'm really worried because I've been experiencing shortness of breath lately and my X-ray showed a spot on my lungs. I have a history of smoking, and occasionally I drink. My job as a farmer involves a lot of hard work in the fields. Could these factors be contributing to my lung issues? What should I be doing next?

I recently got a chest X-ray, and it showed increased broncho vascular markings near the para cardiac and para hilar areas. I'm worried if this could be related to TB. Are these markings like scars on the lungs or something else?
That could be due to Bronchitis no need to worry,a course of anti biotics would work some times its self limiting

I'm a bit confused and worriedare pleural effusion and pneumonia the same thing? I've been trying to understand the difference and it's a bit overwhelming. Could you explain how they're related or if they're completely different?
No,both are different.Effusion can be tb and pneumonia is consolidation of the upper or lower lung zones.
