I'm really worried because I've been having these pus cells in my urine and dealing with body aches, fever, and feeling really dehydrated. It's been burning when I pass urine too, which is super uncomfortable. I already tried some allopathic medicine, but it didn't help at all. Can you tell me what might be going on and what I should do next?

It sounds like you may be dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI), which can cause the symptoms you're describing, such as fever, body pain, dehydration, and burning during urination. Since the alopathic medication hasn't provided relief, I recommend revisiting your doctor for further evaluation and possibly a different treatment approach or additional tests to address the infection effectively.

I have stage 1 phimosis where I can pull back my foreskin when flaccid but not when erect. Intercourse isn't an issue, but I'm unsure if I need treatment. Some suggest surgery while others recommend coconut oil and exercises. What's the best approach for this should I treat it or leave it alone?
Patient is reffered to a surgeon for further management.
