I'm really worried because I've been struggling with breathlessness for about 2 years now and it seems to be getting worse. Ive already checked my heart and lungs, and the tests show they're fine. Ive come to the conclusion that it might be because of acid reflux, as I'm experiencing symptoms of GERD. I'm currently taking Telmelive AM for my blood pressure. I'm looking for the best advice and treatment for my issue. Could you please offer some guidance?

View allI've been feeling some tightness in my mid to lower abdomen and I've noticed my acid reflux has been worse lately. Occasionally, I feel nauseous and I've had a cough that seems to be getting better now, but my bowel movements have been all over the place. What could be causing all this?
Your symptoms, including abdominal tightness, acid reflux, nausea, cough, and irregular bowel movements, suggest possible gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or inflammatory bowel disease (IBD); consider consulting a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, or imaging tests, to determine the underlying cause and develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include dietary changes, antacids, acid reducers, or medication to manage symptoms.

I've had air stuck in my throat for several months and I'm burping a lot. Usually, it goes away, but tonight there's this pressure that's not letting up. When I drink water, it seems to help for just a moment, but then the air comes right back up. It's really making it hard for me to sleep, and I feel like I can't breathe properly with all this air stuck there. What could be going on?
That could be Gastritis,no need to worry avoid spicy foods visit Gastroenterologist for appropriate treatment.

I've been noticing that I'm experiencing a bunch of issues like hair fall, fatigue, weak bones, frequent urination, and even lower back and stomach pain. I used to masturbate a lot, and I think this might be related. I'm currently seeing an Ayurvedic doctor but since last night, I've started having headaches and more stomach problems, like I can't digest food properly. Every time I eat, I feel the urge to use the washroom and my stomach hurts. My bones feel so weak that I can't lift anything without them starting to hurt. What do you think could be causing all these symptoms, and what should I do?
There is no such relation between your habbit and symptoms that you face, visit Physician for evaluation and appropriate management
