I'm really worried because I've been struggling with breathlessness for about 2 years now and it seems to be getting worse. Ive already checked my heart and lungs, and the tests show they're fine. Ive come to the conclusion that it might be because of acid reflux, as I'm experiencing symptoms of GERD. I'm currently taking Telmelive AM for my blood pressure. I'm looking for the best advice and treatment for my issue. Could you please offer some guidance?

Sometimes it's hard to pass gas and stools don't come out easily either. My chest also feels tight. Is this happening because of indigestion or a gas problem?
