I'm really worried because I've been told I might have a blood clot in my chest and lungs. Is this something that can be treated? And if so, could you recommend a good hospital that specializes in this type of condition?

View allI've been really worried. Back in May, I had a severe case of COVID and ended up in the hospital with a CT score of 18. My last CT scan in July showed just a bit of that ground glass opacity left. It's been about six months since I was in the hospital, and my SPO2 is around 98-99 now. Do you think I should get an X-ray or another CT scan again? Or maybe some other tests just to be sure?

I'm having trouble breathing properly and there's always this wheezing in my chest. When I walk, it's hard to catch my breath, and I'm also coughing a lot. I've tried taking azithromycin 500 once and using Dilosyn syrup. Can you suggest something for this constant wheezing? Are there any home remedies that might help? It's really frustrating.
start steam inhalation and wear mask in dust

My mom was diagnosed with tuberculosis last year and after nine months of medicine, she's finally tested negative, which is such a relief. There was also a suspicion of ILD before she got TB, but no treatment was started for that because the focus was on the TB. Now that TB is under control, her chest HRCT was done. I'm sending it over for you to take a look. Can you give me some advice on her health and what the next steps should be for her treatment?
Suspected ILD, review with CT chest report with pulmonologist is advised to the patient.
