I'm really worried because I've got these two lumps on my body, and I don't know what they mean since I can't find the right term for them in English. I need to clear this up because I'm planning to join the army by August, and this unknown disease is getting in the way. Can you please help me understand what this might be? I'm really scared it could be cancer or something harmful.

View allI've been dealing with a ringworm infection in my groin area for the past three months. It's been really itchy, and while using terbinafine cream and tablets seems to have helpedit's about 80% healed nowI'm still getting new ringworms in the same spot. The old ones are getting bigger, and my skin in that area has turned a light pink, lighter than the rest of my skin. Could this be tinea versicolor? And how long will it take to completely get rid of it?
Consult a dermatologist to reassess the persistent ringworm infection and skin discoloration, as it may not be tinea versicolor, and adjust treatment with oral antifungals or topical creams to achieve complete recovery, which may take 2-6 weeks.

I've had these leech bites from a few months ago, and even though I've been putting boroline on them regularly, they just won't go away. They're not super bothersome, but they do itch sometimes, and it's been quite a while now. Should I be worried or try something else?
Seems like the leech bites may have caused some irritation and itching. To help with the healing process and alleviate the itching, you can try applying an over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream like Cortaid. Apply a thin layer on the affected area twice a day for about a week. Additionally, taking an oral antihistamine like Claritin can also help with the itching. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage on the packaging. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be best to consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
