I'm really worried because I've had a cold for the past four days with constant sneezing, a runny nose, headaches, and some body aches. Now I've noticed blood in my saliva after trying to spit I had to clear my throat a bit forcefully, and that's when I saw it. I also feel like my throat is really dry and there's a mild pain on the right side of my throat. The bleeding stopped after happening about 5 or 6 times, but I noticed it after drinking water. What's going on? I'm really scared and would appreciate your advice.

I've been experiencing this whistle-like sound in my ears for a couple of months now. It's similar to the noise you hear when a loud firecracker goes off nearby. It's really affecting my sleep, especially when I'm in a quiet environment. What could be causing this, and is there anything I can do to help with it?

Chronic coughing and allergy issues can be frustrating! Given your history and current treatment, consider the following: 1. *Inhaler usage*: Continue using the inhaler as prescribed, as it may take some time to show its full effect. 2. *Coughing persistence*: Discuss with your doctor the possibility of an underlying condition, such as: - Asthma - Chronic bronchitis - Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) 3. *Additional testing*: Your doctor may recommend further tests, such as: - Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) - Allergy testing (e.g., skin prick test) - Endoscopy or bronchoscopy 4. *Treatment adjustment*: Based on your doctor's evaluation, they may adjust your treatment plan, including: - Changing or adding medications - Increasing or decreasing inhaler dosage - Recommending lifestyle changes (e.g., avoiding allergens, quitting smoking) Schedule a follow-up appointment with your doctor to discuss your progress and any concerns.

I've been experiencing this constant ringing in both of my ears and it's really affecting my ability to concentrate. I'm not sure what's going on and it's starting to worry me. Could you suggest any medicines or treatments that might help?

It sounds like you may be experiencing tinnitus, which is the sensation of hearing ringing, buzzing, or other sounds in the ears. To help with this, you can try taking Ginkgo biloba extract. I recommend taking 120-240 mg per day to help improve blood flow to the ears and reduce the ringing sensation. Additionally, you can try using over-the-counter ear drops like Debrox to help with any earwax buildup that may be contributing to the ringing. Make sure to follow the instructions on the packaging for proper use. If the symptoms persist, it's important to follow up with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

I've had this bad throat for about a week, and I've been managing it with saltwater gargles. But last night, I experienced severe pain in my ear, so I took ALTHROCIN 500. The ear pain seems to be gone this morning, but now my ear feels closed. Is it alright that I took ALTHROCIN, especially since I've already taken two tablets?

you have allergic pharyngitis and reflux. You can add an antiallergic which suits you and also an antacid
