I'm really worried because I've had these white bumps on my penis head for like 7 or 8 months now. They tingle when I touch them, and it's freaking me out a bit. I've never had sex, so I know it's not an STD. I used to do dry masturbation by rubbing against the bed, but I've already seen a GP who checked me for STDs and UTIs and said everything's negative. He gave me some Clotrimazole cream to try for a week, but it hasn't helpedactually, it seems like its getting worse. Should I be seeing a dermatologist or a urologist for this? Any advice would be really appreciated.

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
