I'm really worried because my COVID-19 test came back positive and my CT score is 27.82. I'm not showing any signs of high fever though, so I'm a bit confused about what steps I should take next. Can you give me some guidance?

View allI'm 67 and had COVID pneumonia last December. It's been a year, and I just got a chest X-ray. The results say something about Blunt rt CP angle Pleural effusion thickening and a few NHD lesions, which might be old infection sequelae. Can you help me understand what all this means? Is it something I should be worried about, or is it normal after having COVID pneumonia?

I'm looking at my chest x-ray and I'm worried it might be tuberculosis or maybe some other kind of infection. I've also been having some chest pain. Should I be concerned?
Patient is advised x-ray chest pa view,sputum for AFB examination and microscopy.

I've been having issues with heavy breathing when I'm running or using the stairs lately, and Im starting to get worried. I'm a smoker and have been smoking on and offsmoked for two years, took a break for a year, and then picked it up again about three months ago. Could my smoking be causing these breathing problems? What can I do to improve this situation?
