I'm a smoker and I go through more than 10 cigarettes a day. I'm really worried about the tar buildup in my lungs. What can I do to clean it out or at least reduce it?

Congratulations on taking the first step towards quitting smoking and cleaning your lungs! Here's a comprehensive solution to help remove tar from your lungs:
Natural Remedies
- Drink plenty of water: Hydration helps flush out toxins, including tar.
- Steam inhalation: Inhale steam from a bowl of hot water or a steam humidifier to loosen mucus and tar.
- Ginger and turmeric: Consume ginger and turmeric tea or add them to your meals to help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
- Vitamin C-rich foods: Eat foods high in vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, bell peppers, and leafy greens, to boost your immune system and fight oxidative stress.

View allI'm dealing with allergic rhinitis and I've been using Foracort 200 puff for a couple of months now because of my shortness of breath. I've been doing 1 puff in the morning and another in the evening. I'm starting to feel better and don't have any breathing issues now. Can I cut back to just taking a puff in the morning? I've been checking my peak flow meter at home.
