My friend is currently getting treated for lung TB, and shes still having a cough. Is it okay for her to eat ice cream during this time? Could it make her symptoms worse or interfere with the treatment in any way?

I've had asthma since I was a kid and used to take homeopathy for it, which seemed to help. It was pretty bad back then, with inhalers and nebulisers being a part of my daily routine. I'm really worried because I tested positive for COVID-19 on May 4th, but luckily I had no symptoms and stayed in home isolation without needing steroids or oxygen. I've been experiencing some mild fatigue and sometimes a bit of a cough, but nothing serious, and I had congestion for just a couple of days. I've been taking Montekulsta for 10 days now. My breathing seems fine, but whenever I do steam inhalation, I notice white phlegm with black streaks in it. There's no phlegm if I skip the steam. Ive been like this for two days and my sugar levels after meals are around 158. Should I be concerned about black fungus infection and go for any specific tests to rule it out?

Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice
