I'm really worried because my daughter has suddenly developed these dark purple-brown spots clustered around her lips. I've added a picture to show what's going on. Could you please tell me what this might be?

I've been dealing with this urticaria since last October, and I've been taking citrazin every day, but it hasn't helped at all. I'm thinking of trying livcon capsules and assicon syrup now. Do you think these might work for my urticaria?

For urticaria, it is important to identify the underlying cause and treat it accordingly. Instead of Livcon capsule and Assicon syrup, I would recommend you to try Allegra (Fexofenadine) 180mg once daily in the morning along with Ranitidine 150mg twice daily. These medications are more effective in controlling urticaria symptoms compared to Livcon and Assicon. Make sure to consult with your doctor before starting any new medication.
