Your blood test results showing IgM negative and IgG positive suggest past exposure to the herpes virus without a current active infection.
Regarding herpes transmission through kissing:
- Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1 (HSV-1) is commonly spread through oral contact, including kissing.
- If a person has an active cold sore or oral herpes lesion, the virus can easily spread through direct contact.
- Even without visible sores, herpes can sometimes be transmitted, though the risk is lower.
Given your test results, it indicates past exposure, so you may have some immunity. However, avoid kissing when cold sores are present to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.

View allI'm 25 and starting to notice my hair turning grey, and it's really stressing me out. I tried CB 100 and KeraBlak tablets for about 3 months, but unfortunately, I didn't see any improvement. I'm feeling a bit lost about what I should do next. Is there something else you would recommend? Are there other reasons this could be happening at my age?
Capsule evion and biotin capsulses are advised for 3 months orally.

I've been dealing with vitiligo and noticed white patches on my fingers and a bit on my lower lip. Are there any cosmetic treatments that can help without surgery? Can this condition be cured? I'd like to know my options so I can plan a visit for proper treatment.
Vitiligo can't be cured, but topical treatments and phototherapy help—cosmetic camouflage and lasers can improve appearance.

I've been dealing with this stubborn fungal infection and was wondering if I could use Monoguard cream instead of Lulifin. Is one better than the other in treating this? I'm really not sure which to pick and would love some guidance!
Both Monoguard cream and Lulifin cream are antifungal creams used to treat fungal infections. However, Lulifin cream contains the active ingredient luliconazole, which is specifically designed to treat fungal skin infections. Monoguard cream may not be as effective for treating fungal infections compared to Lulifin cream. I recommend using Lulifin cream for the treatment of fungal infections. Apply a thin layer of Lulifin cream to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your healthcare provider.
