I'm really starting to worry because I've been experiencing breathlessness, especially at night when I lie down, and it's stressing me out. I've been using mometasone nasal spray, but I think I didn't use it correctly because now I'm experiencing some side effects. I'm getting rash, itching, and swelling on my face and around my throat, nose, and even my tongue. My upper teeth are feeling weird too. Plus, I'm feeling dizzy and have a headache. What do you think might be going on, and what should I do?
