I'm really worried because my maid has been with us for the last 45 days, and she just called to say she has diarrhoea and a fever. Could it be COVID-19? She mentioned she walked home in the hot sun, drank cold water, and ate a lot of watermelon yesterday, and now she's just dealing with diarrhoea. Do you think all of us should get tested for COVID?

View allI'm really worried about my dad. He took Lipaglyn 4mg for his high cholesterol as his doctor suggested, but now he's got a fever of 102F, body aches, and his throat is bothering him. We gave him Dolo last night, which brought the fever down a little to 100.5F, but this morning it's back up to 101.5F. We gave him Dolo again, but I'm not sure what else to do since it's Sunday and I can't reach a doctor. What would you suggest we do next?
Its possible that the fever and symptoms are unrelated to Lipaglyn and might be due to an infection. Continue giving Dolo as needed (every 6 hours) to manage the fever and ensure your father stays hydrated. If the symptoms persist or worsen, visit a doctor as soon as possible.

I'm experiencing a lot of excess heat in my body, and it's causing a bunch of side effects like loose motions, a really strong smell during urine and bowel movements, and burning sensations in my throat and when I pee. Plus, I'm having excess cold and sneezes. I've tried a lot of natural drinks to cool down, but nothing seems to work. Also, I can't even handle a little bit of spice. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
drink more water and coconut water and katora

I'm dealing with typhoid fever for the last four days and recently got a CRP test that came back showing 24 mgL, but I know the normal range should be lower. Is it possible for CRP levels to rise with typhoid? Can you suggest ways to manage typhoid and help lower CRP levels?
Yes, CRP (C-reactive protein) levels can rise during infections like typhoid fever as part of the body's inflammatory response. It's important to follow your doctor's treatment plan, which usually includes antibiotics, hydration, and rest. Additionally, a healthy diet with anti-inflammatory foods and proper hydration can help manage CRP levels. Always consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice.
