I'm really worried because my mom, who was just diagnosed with kidney stones last Saturday, hasnt had a bowel movement since then and now it's Tuesday night. I understand that the medication shes on can cause constipation, and we tried giving her prunes, other high-fiber foods, and even some magnesium citrate, but nothing seems to work. Is there anything else we can do? What would you suggest to help her with this issue?

Encourage her for consuming high fibre diet and plenty of water, you can try with Laxative suspensions like LOOZ syrup 10 ml at bed time.

I'm having a tough time dealing with what's been happening for the last two years. I've been experiencing night fall, or sex dreams, and its really been bothering me a lot. Can you guide me on how to address this?
Congratulations on starting your clinic and lab. To recruit doctors, consider the following options: - Post job ads on medical job portals, social media, and local newspapers. - Reach out to medical associations, colleges, and universities for referrals. - Offer competitive salaries, benefits, and a positive work environment. - Ensure your clinic is registered and licensed to attract qualified professionals. - Network with other healthcare professionals to find referrals.

I'm a bit concerned because a few days ago, I noticed some mild pain in my right testicle and now it's swollen. I've been taking painkillers, which helped a bit, but I've found a lump in my spermatic cord. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I see a urologist for this, or would a general surgeon be better?
